Things To Do With Your Pet

Dog Beach at Cherry Grove
Cherry Grove's quieter stretches are perfect for off-leash fun during allowed hours. Let your pup splash in the waves and dig in the sand.
Dogs are allowed on NMB beaches before 9 AM and after 5 PM from May 15 - September 15. Year-round access outside those dates!
Barefoot Landing Dog Walk
Stroll the scenic boardwalk at Barefoot Landing with your leashed pup. Many of the outdoor restaurants welcome well-behaved dogs on their patios.
Bring a portable water bowl -- there are shaded areas to rest along the waterway.
North Myrtle Beach Dog Park
The NMB Park & Sports Complex has a fenced dog park with separate areas for large and small dogs. Great for burning off energy!
Located at 150 Citizens Circle. Free to use -- just make sure your pup is up to date on vaccinations.
Pet-Friendly Dining Patios
Many local restaurants welcome dogs on their outdoor patios. Enjoy fresh seafood while your pup relaxes at your feet.
Flying Fish, Duffy Street Seafood Shack, and River City Cafe on Shore Drive all have dog-friendly patios.
Marsh & Creek Walk Trails
Explore the beautiful marsh trails and nature paths along the Intracoastal Waterway. Great for dogs who love sniffing and exploring.
Vereen Memorial Gardens in Little River is a gorgeous, pet-friendly trail right on the water.
Pet Supply & Grooming Stops
Forgot the treats? No worries. Pet stores and groomers throughout NMB have everything you need for your furry traveler.
