Rules and Restrictions: - You must be at least 25 years old to make a reservation and must remain present the entire length of stay. -Message containing Picture of Photo ID and agreement to policies must be received before check-in information will be given. -NO Pets Allowed -NO Parties Allowed -NO Golf Carts, Motorhomes, Motorcycles/Trailers Allowed -NO Smoking/Vaping on balcony or in unit -NO Drugs The indoor pool is heated year round. The outdoor pools and lazy rivers are heated from end of February until season begins, and mid-fall until November. Outdoor pools and lazy rivers are not heated November through February.

Loved the location and place itself.
We had a wonderful time during our stay. I would suggest this property to anyone. The host was great, the location is centrally located in the middle of everything in North Myrtle, and the amenities at the resort were great! There’s also beach access with a parking pass which made it easy.
My husband & I were there for a golf tournament for our college son who play for Coastal Carolina. We loved the place and the area - very close to some our favorite restaurants. The place was very clean and updated and well maintained. And the neighborhood was very quite. We will most certainly stay here again!!
This home was perfect for our family of 4! My husband loved the layout and the shower in the primary bathroom. My daughter said it smelled good. My son and I loved drinking our coffee on the deck in the mornings. It was a lovely home, very comfortable and clean. The entire property was clean and quiet, and it was very easy to access the beach. Will definitely go back!
This Barefoot condo was everything we had hoped for. It was beautiful, clean, well stocked, very spacious along with an incredible view. The location is perfect for golfing at the four great Barefoot courses. The building is extremely well managed/maintained and everyone was so friendly.We would love to return - thank you!
