The private backyard boasts a pool with slide, hot tub, grill, and outdoor cabana. Wood flooring flows throughout the main floor with a glassed-in Carolina room overlooking the pool, a great room with gas fireplace and a kitchen equipped stainless steel appliances and everything you would need to prepare meals. You will love the master suite on the top floor with a tray ceiling, spectacular tile shower, soaking tub and access to a balcony offering marsh views from the front of the home. The tiled ground floor level can serve several different functions depending on your family's needs and offers another bedroom and full bathroom. *Access to the main house via elevator or exterior stairs only. Have we mentioned this home is just short walk to the beach and Barefoot Landing? Pool Heater is available Sept- May. The solution used is diluted and not harmful to animals or humans. Loved the location and place itself.
We had a wonderful time during our stay. I would suggest this property to anyone. The host was great, the location is centrally located in the middle of everything in North Myrtle, and the amenities at the resort were great! There’s also beach access with a parking pass which made it easy.
My husband & I were there for a golf tournament for our college son who play for Coastal Carolina. We loved the place and the area - very close to some our favorite restaurants. The place was very clean and updated and well maintained. And the neighborhood was very quite. We will most certainly stay here again!!
This home was perfect for our family of 4! My husband loved the layout and the shower in the primary bathroom. My daughter said it smelled good. My son and I loved drinking our coffee on the deck in the mornings. It was a lovely home, very comfortable and clean. The entire property was clean and quiet, and it was very easy to access the beach. Will definitely go back!
This Barefoot condo was everything we had hoped for. It was beautiful, clean, well stocked, very spacious along with an incredible view. The location is perfect for golfing at the four great Barefoot courses. The building is extremely well managed/maintained and everyone was so friendly.We would love to return - thank you!
